International Management (Mi) is an academic journal that publishes in French, English, and Spanish. Mi contributes to the production and the dissemination of knowledge with the goal of improving understanding of various dimensions of management at the international level. To this end, Mi publishes empirical, theoretical, and critical articles.
Since it was first launched, Mi has had three editorial priorities:
- Encouraging high-level scientific debate in the field of international management by allowing researchers from different countries to express themselves in their preferred language. Mi is thus one of the rare academic journals to publish articles in French, English, and Spanish;
- Helping young researchers interested in general management at the international level to integrate the research community in this field;
- Encouraging debate between researchers from different philosophical traditions and research perspectives.
